Responsive Unveils AI-Powered SRM Platform; Strengthens Seismic Partnership

Published: May 6, 2024

Responsive revealed its AI-powered strategic response management (SRM) platform, which is designed to help organizations seamlessly collaborate and respond to information requests. The company also strengthened its partnership with sales enablement platform Seismic to further help companies manage key workflows.

Responsive seeks to centralize an organization’s customer-facing information with core offerings that include content and project management, collaboration, content accessibility and business intelligence. Specific features include:

  • Response Projects, which automatically pre-populate new RFPs with “best of” answers from previous RFP responses and support collaborative workflows;
  • LookUp, which helps customer-facing teams find answers from their productivity apps;
  • Profile Center, designed to securely share risk assessments, compliance credentials, data sheets and more through public “trust centers” or private profiles;
  • A Proposal Builder created to enable sellers to quickly personalize, send and track sales proposals, statements-of-work and more;
  • Requirements Analysis that uses AI-powered document analysis tools to analyze requests with extensive requirements and make decisions; and
  • Request Projects, which seeks to help teams create and issue RFPs/RFIs and select their vendor of choice with tools that improve analysis and scoring.

“We are committed to continuously innovating the Responsive platform to empower growth-oriented companies to meet — and exceed — their evolving business needs,” said AJ Sunder, Chief Product and Information Officer at Responsive, in a statement. “Our deep engineering expertise in AI positions us well to deliver exceptional value to our customers as their Strategic Response Management partner of choice.”

Responsive & Seismic News Flashback

This partnership marks the latest venture between Seismic and Responsive, as the companies previously streamlined their user experience to help their clients share customer-ready content between the two solutions. Through the partnership, sales teams can import files from the Seismic Enablement Cloud into the Responsive platform to add supporting documents and collateral to an active RFx project or materials to the Responsive Document Library.
