Synthio Releases Database Compliance Assessment For GDPR And CASL

In anticipation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Synthio has added a GDPR compliance feature to its Data Health Analysis (DHA) offering. The GDPR compliance enhancement aims to provide insight into the potential compliance of a user’s database.

FEATURES/FUNCTIONALITY

Synthio’s DHA offering is designed to identify the percentage of outdated or incorrect contacts in a database, highlight opportunities for locating net-new leads and deliver insights into email risk, recovery and validation.

The Data Health Analysis compliance feature is positioned to identify which contacts in a user’s database are in the European Union and fall under the jurisdiction of GDPR. Contacts are flagged by contact location rather than company location to ensure accuracy. The compliance feature is also designed to support Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) compliance by identifying contacts that fall under the scope of CASL.
