Nooks, an AI dialing and prospecting platform, raised $22 million in series A funding, bringing its total funding to $27 million. With the capital, the company plans to expand its product suite, which includes various AI-powered tools designed to help sales teams that prospect over the phone.
The platform includes integrations with tools such Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Gong, HubSpot and Salesforce, with specific features that include:
- AI Dialer, which seeks to automate manual tasks like skipping ringing and answering machines, logging calls and taking notes;
- AI Research, which analyzes data from emails, calls, closed-lost notes, marketing campaigns and LinkedIn to help reps personalize their call scripts and identify high-intent leads;
- Nooks Numbers, which uses AI to automatically identify prospects with inaccurate phone data and find new phone numbers by searching across data providers such as Apollo, Cognism and ZoomInfo;
- Nooks Call Analytics, which transcribes and analyzes calls to help teams answer frequently asked questions; and
- Nooks Virtual Salesfloor, which provides a Zoom-like environment to help remote, hybrid and distributed sales teams do live call-coaching and collaborate throughout the day.
“Sales development reps today spend 90% of their time on manual tasks that can be automated with AI,” said Dan Lee, CEO of Nooks, in a statement. “We’re building Nooks to cut out the busywork and empower reps to focus on the more strategic parts of selling, creating better experiences for sales teams and for their prospects. The sales reps of tomorrow will have prospecting superpowers and will be 10X as productive.”
